Many people, including many Ridley students, do not get as much sleep as they should per night. May is Better Sleep Month, which was created to encourage people to reflect on their sleep habits and hit the reset button to create more healthy sleep habits. With how busy Ridley usually is, but especially during exam season, it is even more important than ever to understand how sleep ties into our performance. The Tiger Times interviewed Dr. Greg Wells, a professional scientist and performance physiologist for tips to sleep better and to optimize our sleep in celebration of Better Sleep Month and with exams coming up.
